These are reporting standards and recommendations for completing systematic reviews and meta-analysis. Please keep in mind that these are not step by step guides for conducting reviews.

PRISMA
The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses are the standard that the majority of journals require you to follow in order to publish a systematic review.
MOOSE
MOOSE is a reporting standard for meta-analysis of observational studies in epidemiology.
Finding What Works in Health Care: Standards for Systematic Reviews
Recommendations from the Health and Medicine Division of the National Academies (formerly the Institute of Medicine) for standards for systematic reviews of the comparative effectiveness of medical or surgical interventions.
