EndNote 21 and EndNote 25 are the newest versions of EndNote, and only works with a new version of the online or cloud based version of EndNote called EndNote Web.
Older versions of EndNote are NOT compatible with EndNote 21 Web and must continue to use the older versions of the web based EndNote Online Classic.
