These databases can be helpful if trying to see your particular topic from outside perspectives. We sometimes get caught up in the biomedical and medical aspects of our topics and questions, that we forget that there are other disciplines out there that may have some interesting contributions to make.
To think outside the box a bit and try to view your topic from another perspective could be helpful.
These tutorials are meant to be quick dives into the background and search features of these databases to give you, the user, the ability to navigate through to the best evidence/answer possible.
All tutorials are about 5-10 minutes.
