Faculty Development - Rowan-Virtua SOM: Research: Grants

While not all research requires or is eligible for grant funding, significant grant funding exists in many areas of interest to Rowan-Virtua SOM Faculty. If you are interested in potential grant funding, here are some steps to consider.

• Determine if grant funding is available in your area of interest.
  • Search for Grant Resources. See the Grants Tools section of the Resources for Researchers LibGuide for more information. 
  • Contact the Rowan-Virtua SOM Division of Research and/or the Rowan University Office of Research Development
    • Review the list of Grant Opportunities Search Engines
• Identify areas where you may need assistance - There are resources at the University to help you discover grant funding, write and submit grant proposals and manage grant budgets.
  • Review an annotated New Jersey Health Foundation Grant used by the Rowan-Virtua SOM Division of Research. This template provides essential information and background for writing a Grant Proposal.
