- From announcement: "Join us for an introduction to Rowan’s Inclusive Teaching Resource and a workshop on implementing inclusive teaching approaches in your Spring 2025 courses. In this 90-minute, virtual workshop, facilitators will introduce the Inclusive Teaching Resource tool (located on the Faculty Center’s website) and its principles of inclusive teaching. Participants will have a chance to reflect on their own values around inclusive teaching, as well as learn how the tool can support inclusive approaches to instructional content, teaching practices, classroom culture, policy, and assessment. Participants will leave with at least one specific, practical strategy for their unique teaching context in the spring semester. "

- From announcement: "Funding is available for DOs, MDs, PhDs, and osteopathic medical students conducting studies that address the tenets of osteopathic medicine and explore the profession’s patient-centered, empathic approach to care. Key Grant Updates: Project Duration: 24 months (extended from 18 months); Student Project Duration: 12 months; Project Start Date: July 1st (revised from September 1st); Broadened Focus Areas: We have expanded our focus areas to support more projects; Translational Research: We are accepting translational research projects." - From announcement: "The Group on Educational Affairs (GEA) National Grant Award Committee is now accepting pre-proposals for the 2025 GEA National Educational Research Grant Award. In its strong encouragement and support of research in medical education, the GEA seeks to fund research projects that address important problems or questions in medical education. Proposals that foster collaboration are strongly encouraged. This includes collaborations among GEA sections (UME, GME, CPD), across GEA regions (CGEA, NEGEA, SGEA, WGEA) and/or proposals that engage multiple schools, professions, or departments."

- From announcement: "IAMSE Educational Scholarship Grants support projects designed to systematically collect and analyze data related to medical education, which may employ a variety of methods, but seeks to produce generalizable knowledge for dissemination. IAMSE Curriculum Innovation Grants support projects designed for the general enrichment of teaching and learning that go beyond normal expectations of a faculty member, including but not limited to advances in pedagogy, technology, content development, or professional development. All IAMSE members are eligible to submit a grant proposal. Preference will be given to new projects. Only proposals relevant to the mission of IAMSE will be considered for funding. The results of funded projects must be presented at a future IAMSE Conference. Successful applicants will be announced via email and at the 2025 IAMSE Conference.
