    • From announcement: "Millicent King Channell, DO, MA, FAAO, FNAOME, has been promoted to Senior Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Student Services. Dr. Channell has served as Associate Dean of curriculum and professor for the departments of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and Family Medicine. Dr. Channell's exceptional dedication to medical education and student success has earned her numerous awards and recognition. Her influential contributions extend beyond the institution, as she has actively participated in national medical education and leadership initiatives, including her recent historic appointment as the first African-American president of the American Academy of Osteopathy."
